About The Instructor - Larry Ross

Larry Ross has over 30 years experience growing and managing businesses in franchising, consulting, plumbing/electrical contracting, building distribution, and light manufacturing.

He has personally developed franchise training workshops, operations manuals, site visit and review systems, administrative guidelines, operational policies, and has overseen the development of all other systems needed to successfully operate businesses while leading with uncompromising integrity.

Mr. Ross has notably served in executive roles with Mr. Rooter Corporation, a plumbing service franchisor; including 7 years as vice president of operations and chief operating officer. During his tenure, he developed and presented numerous proprietary business operations along with sales and marketing training workshops.

Larry served on the operational Our Ethical Values (ethics) committee and contributed to the book Live R.I.C.H. – The Dwyer Group Our Ethical Values and the Road to Success. Larry is recognized as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) by the International Franchise Association (IFA) and is approved in most states to present continuing education courses for insurance professionals.
